Coordinating all Scrum Ceremonies including Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives & Release Review. Communicating with internal / external clients to determine specific requirements and expectations; managing client expectations as an indicator of quality. Creating & managing the estimates, project plan, project schedule, resource allocation & expenses to ensure that targets are reached. Developed and maintained relationships with clients to identify opportunities for additional Salesforce projects.
