Provided coaching and training to multiple teams including senior leaders to inculcate continuous improvement culture in the teams by Agile Transformation in People, Product & Engineering areas. Coaching teams to implement and measure towards improving Agile adoption (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Frameworks-SAFe) & metrics (Throughput, HitRatio, Defect Trend, Burndown, Velocity, etc.). Conducted assessments on Agile practices, Product & Team culture for teams & develop a coaching plan and take an appropriate stance as Trainer, Coach & Mentor. Established CoP for Scrum Masters and Kanban Leads to share their experience, best practices, and improvement ideas. Conducting deep dive sessions on best practices of Scrum for Scrum Masters to increase the productivity of the teams. Conducting workshops on best practices of Story slicing, Estimations & writing of DOR, DOD and Acceptance Criteria. Helped to established governance & communication mechanism at teams and Business-units level. Conducted audit for other projects in agile and helped them in setting up boards and other agile best practices. Initiated an agile transformation journey from scratch and presented it at multiple platforms.

Acting as Servant Leader for 2 teams. Ensuring the team follows Agile/Scum/SAFe practices consistently. Coordinating with other scrum masters, System team and key stakeholders in PI Planning (/pre-planning) events. Enabling delivery by facilitating agile ceremonies, optimizing processes, and helping the team clear blockers. Working with Group Scrum Master/coaches to continually improve development and operations processes. Assisted the team raise any mission or program level risks, impediments, or areas for improvement in the appropriate forums and ensured that they are followed up. Risk/ Impediment/ External Dependency management. Create and maintain a clear Definition of Ready (Including Acceptance Criteria) and DoD for the stories/features delivered by the team in every sprint, are being met consistently. Facilitating sprint reviews and retrospectives are data driven with an objective of improving the team. Maintaining JIRA hygiene required for the mission, creating, and sharing the required reports to stakeholders. Guiding and helping the team operate under SAFe portfolio, System level integration and System demos.

Transitioned from traditional waterfall to Agile-Scrum Methodology to improve communications between Engineering, Product Management, and Business; to provide more transparency across the 3 departments; and to obtain great business value with short turnarounds. Coached and managed 2 Product Development Teams & imparted training on the agile mindset, processes, & frameworks. Assisted with internal and external communication, improved transparency, and radiated the information to stake holders. Facilitated Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, sprint reviews and Retrospective meetings. Removed impediments and protected team members from interruptions and distractions to maximize productivity. Encouraged and implemented process improvements. Created team-building opportunities. Worked closely with Product Owners, coordinating product backlog grooming and story estimation.
