Taking pre telephonic interviews with the candidates (Evaluating communication and HR issues like Experience, Qualification, Job responsibilities, Current and Expected CTC, Notice Period, Location…..) Formatting the resumes as per the client's request, making an excel sheet for each resume. Scheduling Interviews of the short-listed candidates as per the client's requirement. Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports. Responsible for coordination of the interviews with the Candidates, and also arranging for it. Getting the feedback from the clients and following up on the selected candidates till closer. Following up with the candidates to keep them Active and convincing the candidates on the respective offers, terms, and conditions of the firm. Regular Follow-ups with the candidate on offer made and date of joining. Assisted the candidates in providing proper needed documents while on-boarding. Getting candidates from internal resource databases, referrals, network through prospective candidates, job boards like Naukri, Monster & LinkedIn Recruiter. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ceipal. Clients: Bank of America, Ticketmaster, Rackspace, Zensar Technologies, Mahindra Comviva, EY GDS, Incedo, Honeywell, American Express, Tech Mahindra, Microland.
