Worked on integrating customer email data (Gmail/Outlook), through which customer can track interactions happening with their clients. Built a feature to update CRM data from Aviso using OAuth approach. Optimized several end points performance to <3 secs, to scale and improve customer experience, by using better code logic, adding proper indexes in database, adding cache layer. Developed and maintained a micro-service, which is responsible for all relationships related activity. Worked on integrating Aviso with different CRMs like Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Netsuite, Pipedrive. Built Analytics using Elasticsearch. Developed a timeseries collection in mongodb for storing contacts data. Developed optimal REST Apis in the product for wide range of features.

Worked on automated data evaluation tool which evaluates descriptive answers syntactically and semantically. Built CFG rules for syntax analysis of the text to know the grammatical correctness of the sentences and extract personality traits out of it. For semantic analysis, used WordNet data and sentimental analysis to find the closeness between suggested answer and student answer.

Learned C, C++, Java languages and other CS fundamentals. Developed a tool which can perform all data pre-processing techniques. It takes data with quality issues and converts it into standard format by applying various statistical and processing techniques, using Pandas and Numpy libraries of Python.
