Sourcing and Screening prospective candidates for the desired positions by utilizing various sources like Internal Database, Employee Referrals, Job Portals and networking site LinkedIn. Screening CVs according to Job Specifications and short-listing the right qualitative profile against the requirement. Identifying and Sourcing Prospective candidates using Job Portal, Intern Data base, references, networking sites to match clients’ Requirements. Screening profiles and scheduling telephonic interviews for the short-listed candidates. Obtaining feedback from clients & informing interview status to the candidates. Collecting the necessary Documents and Negotiating the salary to fit them into the grids Given by the interview panels based on the experience level. Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep a track on the same. Follow-up with candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview & negotiating / finalizing salaries for selected candidates and keeping a track on selected candidates until their joining. Involve in Weekday/weekend walk-in as per client requirements by pooling precise talent and schedule interviews to ensure committed number of candidates keeping in…consideration the foot-fall on the day of drive.

Being a part of Non-profit organisation, which deals in social welfare like child education, women empowerment, healthcare, art and culture etc. My role includes sourcing and hiring enthusiastic candidates for volunteering and fund raising, handling employees and maintaining database.

Had the opportunity to work as an intern and learn the required skills related to HR field. Took care of the end-to-end recruitment processes for various job requirements from sourcing to on-boarding. On boarded three candidates and earned the incentive that was provided as a reward for interns.
