Preparing Financial Impact with Model testing and Raptor Analysis. Responsible for comparing test results with the Direct Systems. Working on health insurance cases and updating the desired information as per R1D notes. Analyzing the claims along with UB04, Itemized bill, EOB and Medical records. Processing Follow-up claims in the system and handling Escalations. Reconciliation of accounts related to claims matching client and company records accuracy. Training the new team members while working on live cases. Maintaining the SOP for the process on regular basis. Responsible for sharing the daily inventory. Testing the new upcoming sites into the process.

Working for Insurance domain handling policies for Insurance and Reinsurance companies, managing services for our client Wilton Reinsurance which is involved in providing risk capital and related products. Good knowledge of Premium Research/Analysis/Bank Reconciliation/General suspense/Reteft/Retcrcard and balancing the accounts was my core job. Training new employees with product knowledge and providing them full information about process along with quality parameters. Handling the escalations received from onshore/client end on behalf of Wilton Re. Discussing about the process related issues on behalf of team from onshore via. Chat/call on daily basis. Taking sessions of the whole team on new updates in the process from client end. Mentoring the team members related to process related queries.
