Clearly communicated all aspects of the offer including salary, benefits, relocating, etc. Regular follow up with the interviewers for feedback and accordingly initiating offer discussions with the candidates. Maintaining the database for the recruitment process. Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly Reports. Payroll management (Joining formalities, employee/workers personal files, offer letter, Esic, PF Challan, appointment letter, Salary preparation, leave, attendance). Interact with employee at all levels in the organisation.

Creating new customer for BIS (CRS) to maximize business opportunity. Resolve customer's query on BIS in technical & commercial manner. Strong follow up on leads to convert in business.
