Worked on Account Processing Team in Merrill Lynch which was one of the most critical application. Coordinated with Financial analyst to understand the trading violation rules to implement in project. Reviewed the COBOL programs & JCL coded by offshore team. Fixed defect found during testing and retesting them. Done Impact analysis of the new or existing requirement. Developed suitable solutions, alternatives and options for business requirement. Build test schedule to simulate production scenario. Supported critical Production Support applications. Led a team of 8 including 6 Mainframe programmers and 2 testers.
