Identifying potential candidates through various sources like job portals, data base, candidate references, social media sites, Internal References. Weekly meetings with stakeholders, setting and managing their resource expectations regarding timescales and offering advice on the current market place. Providing regular updates and feedback to stakeholders on recruitment progress. Involved in Salary negotiations, creating offers and closure of the candidates. Ensuring adherence to the TAT for closing position as per the budget. Maintaining talent database for effective recruitment strategies & quick turnarounds. Candidate Connect - Keep them warm through constant communication, resolve their queries & ensure minimum dropouts. Working knowledge in ATS and Recruiting Software: Darwin box.

Individually working with open positions, scheduling and completing the loop. Sourcing profiles and identifying prospective candidates through Job Portals, Naukri, Instahyre, ATS tool–LinkedIn, Employee Referrals, Walk-ins /Drives & Direct Sourcing and Market Mapping. Constant engagement with candidates from application until onboarding and further connect. Establishing strong relationships with hiring managers & panels to understand their business objectives and challenges, to ensure the selection process results in high quality hires. Participating in weekly management meetings to discuss on hiring priorities & discuss the plans to meet the hiring targets.

Focused on end to end process involvement with the team, from sourcing to scheduling interviews, right till candidate joins. Inquisitively hiring tech-savvy candidates for product engineering within e-commerce, hedge funds, and start-ups landscape. Serving as single point contact for all recruitment needs to various Top E-Commerce Clients. Working closely with various business leaders, understood business needs in specific technologies and accomplished quality hiring. Individual contributor as well mentoring a team of three to perform and achieve the target. Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline. Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of Linkedin sourcing, and alternative search techniques. Hiring for verticals including Senior software engineers, Technical Architects, Engineering leads, Engineering managers in technical domain.

Responsible for conducting end to end recruitment process from sourcing to applicant closure. Screening and Segregation of profiles to suit the client's requirements. Conducting phone interviews, reviewed resumes & evaluated candidates to find the most qualified IT Professionals for client's requirement.
