Screened and analyzed various job applications coming from the portals mentioned above and filtered candidates through telephonic interviews. Responsible for reviewing the documents after the interview procedure and forwarding it to the HR operations team for the further procedure. Responsible for negotiating CTC from the candidates and taking CTC approvals from the higher management.
