Working as a TPM for DevOps team. Taking care of multiple projects owned by DevOps team. Working on Hadoop, Cloudera, Abinitio, Clusters, and many live projects. Managing more than 2500 servers. Managing all the things on JIRA, responsible for DSM, retro, grooming etc. Keeping all necessary documents under one roof on confluence. Able to address basic Linux queries. Scaled up my-self with basics of Zabbix, Grafana, Telegraf & Linux.

Working for Bharti Airtel project, Gurgaon. Being a part of core technical team, taking care of routine activities without any failure. Sole responsibility to upgrade all the Linux servers to the latest available version. Working on planning and scheduling of these Linux servers to get these upgrades without any miss. Taking care of newly built inventory portal by gathering all the required information of each server. Assisting my team for any impediments/hurdles with any other team. Brainstorming with multiple teams to get the things done without ztp.

Joined as an analyst in project coordination and promoted to Sr. PMO Analyst/Project manager. Taking care of 2 big projects for SOMR program. Directly dealing with multiple application owners for server upgrades. Sharing projects updates to stakeholders. Achieved more than 92% success rate for 2020 targets. Managing projects using scrum and agile methodology via JIRA.

Worked for Google India. Responsible to validate data before the concern team uploaded the same on the portal.

Tested mobile applications and web portals. Also worked as Project manager, taking responsibility from scratch to delivery. Worked on test cases, test scenarios, SRS, and BRS. Managed client communication via email and Skype. Managed project phases including wireframes, design, and coding milestones.

Aided UK customers on calls to resolve Internet and BT TV queries. Provided one-call resolutions. Used tools to access systems and make changes to BT hubs. Booked engineers for on-site visits when required.
