Retail Banking | Portfolio Credit Risk Analytics. Developed strategy using supervised machine learning (Logistic regression) to identify the estimated loss arising from the possibility of defaulters. Conducted credit risk analysis by examining risk parameters such as the probability of default, loss given default and exposure at default. Carried out appropriate maintenance and recommended improvements to assigned credit risk models. Developed Risk exposure scenarios and analyzed portfolios to identify emerging credit risk trends from current and past payment behaviour. Designed data model on account performance to report delinquency status and customer movement by roll rate analysis and loss rate calculation. Built the solution design for data integration process from file mapping to an analytical Datamart. Designed business insights for MIS reporting and automation using SQL, Python and Alteryx.

Built supervised ML models (Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, XGB) to predict the outcome of the campaign from demographic data (Predictive Modelling). Designed NLP model to examine and classify the reviews and customer feedback data into sentiment classes and calculated score. Secured new module from client adding USD 100,000 to annual project revenue by efficiently delivering fast and accurate resolutions of anomalies in production process flow. Telecom | Workforce Analytics. Understood business requirement from story and prepared finished data from raw feeds to be presented in tables, forms and reports using SQL and PL/SQL. Performed ETL (Extract-Transform-Load), data migration, data preparation, data validation, reporting, and documentation. Implemented query optimization using techniques like parallel processing, explain plan, indexing, and strategic use of joins and CTE (common table expressions) in Oracle. Improved runtime by 25%.
