Maintaining master list of vendors along with addresses, key contacts and negotiated rates; managing vendor empanelment procedures / documents. Publishing vendor performance evaluation metrics like reporting quality, TAT, sampling results etc. monthly. Monitoring vendor allocation caps and coordinating billing process monthly.
