Create and lead the development of customer – focused product strategy, project trend analysis, prediction, and customer value proposition to support roadmap and vision of the organization. Elaborate issues and convey potential solutions to multi-functional teams with collected data by organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines. Lead multiple global cross functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and customers’ requirements during all project phases of the project life cycle.

Samsung Galaxy M30s, Xcover4s OS upgrade, M30s OS Upgrade, A9 (2018) OS Upgrade, across all stages of enterprise software, hardware and system implementations utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Automated and deployed live version of KPI dashboard prepared from scratch for all Samsung Noida employees. Dedicated vendor management for external resources. Conceptualised, curated and launched the digital India flagship store by enabling consumers’ feedbacks and reviews. Deep dived on the architectural flows and implemented the refunds and tax reversals processes in case of returns, failures, and cancellation of orders for India digital store. Lead the China decryption project for their online, offline, supply chain and distribution centres and stores: cross functional teams’ collaborations, preparing the project plan and go-live.
