Responsible for final sign-off on all releases, ensuring QA has met a standard which includes regrouping with teams to ensure completion of Backlog. Enforced quality processes and methodologies across IT division and became responsible for maintaining standards throughout the SDLC.

Managed 25 technical resources as well as authored Statement of Work for multiple projects on multiple platforms. Prepared and updated the scripts for Performance Testing in Visual Studio (Enterprise). Regression tested impacted modules of the application after defect fix. Produced defect reports, status reports, test reports and other reports as required.

Developed programs in a variety of computer languages, such as VXML, using JavaScript, JSP for enterprise IVR applications on Genesis Voice platform (GVP). Updated and expanded existing IVR applications and tested the specific modules. Performed daily checklist and review of logs generated by CIM systems. Created and Executed Test cases based on Test Plan and Functional Requirement Document. Analyzed the Test Results through Microsoft Test Manager (MTM). Created ACD, AOD, according to production requirement and Monitored Agent Call flow.
