Identify and drive opportunities to enhance service delivery and Customer experience. Act as the first level of escalations and resolve the same to the satisfaction of the stakeholder. Ensure Team Productivity levels are achieved as per the targets set year on year. Maintain SOP's in the process and ensure all changes are being captured diligently with appropriate version controls. Facilitate and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions.

Works closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned workstream leads to initiate, plan, execute, monitoring & controlling and closing the deliverables. Create and maintain PMLC (project management life cycle) deliverables & documentation. Manages and facilitates the escalation and resolution/ closure of risks, issues, and decisions impacting the project.

Experience in leading multiple (20+) teams and 100+ team members concurrently. Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects. Created a check list for all the common functionalities which will serve as a guide to the team for all the releases on platform.

Core accounting activities like Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Bank reconciliation statement and liaison with Banks. Co-Ordination with Due-diligence, internal & statutory auditors. Communication with Clients, vendors, and other departments.
