Served as a shared-resource IT Project Manager supporting the KAO account for a US-based client. Implemented end to end plan of 650 server’s Migration to the cloud, Power BI, Ansible and Switch Replacement to Meraki. Led phase-wise infrastructure implementation projects and managed large-scale data center infrastructure and cloud migration initiatives. Developed key project documentation including Project Charter, WBS, Risk Register, and Gantt Charts. Maintained 99% KPI performance targets.

Handled 65 members across the globe in multiple towers like Wintel, VMware, Linux, Backup, Storage, Network Data/Voice, SQL. Led the definition and governance of SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs while overseeing Incident, Change, and Problem Management frameworks. Delivered operational performance reports to client leadership and monitored data center server migration and consolidation initiatives.

Assigned and dispatched service tickets to technical teams based on priority and resource availability. Monitored ticket queues and maintained ticket quality. Coordinated with field engineers and installation teams. Acted as a central communication point between service request managers and engineers.

Maintained shift rosters and ensured resource availability. Led a team of 28 members. Handled multiple projects like Sky, Roche, Halliburton, Disney, Travelers. Performed an asset transfer task of 3000 machines to another location without losing a single gadget. Managed server deployment and Active Directory configuration.
