Worked as a contractor with DCS (Dynamic Computing Services Corporation, Headquartered in Austin, Texas), at their client – Accenture/ TMHP (Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership, in Austin, TX, USA). Covered entities such as Medicaid Healthcare organizations, clearinghouses, providers etc. are required to conform to HIPAA 5010 standards. Gathered & Documented Business Requirements for HIPAA 5010 Implementation. Created Use Case diagrams by analyzing the business process followed by Activity diagrams using MS- Visio and participate in production of HIPAA 5010 EDI Test data. Used MMIS (Medicaid Management Information System) for electronic processing of claims and retrieving informational data for audit purposes. Coordinated with systems personnel and coached Business Analysts in producing data mapping and data model documentation for 835,837 EDI transactions for 4010A1 to 5010 conversion.
