Developed contextual and personalized recommender systems for Shopify e-commerce clients utilizing advanced machine learning techniques to optimize product recommendations and enhance user engagement. Implemented a session based recommender system for an apparel retailer, achieving a 38.55% increase in average order value for enabled fashion products. Collaborated with marketing and sales teams to analyze customer behavior data, leading to the creation of targeted email campaigns that achieved a 12x ROI for repeat visitors, and a 11% revenue uplift. Improved click-through rate of users from 3.7% to 6.85% on OTT clients’ websites through optimizing existing code and setting up monitoring tools for deployed models in production. Involved in data engineering processes and pipelines for generating feature stores utilized both in recommendation systems as well as Search provision.

Delivered a system for Keyword Trend analysis in job postings to gain valuable insights on varying requirement shifts for technical and non-technical roles. Implemented research papers on the problem of Table Question - Answering, making use of natural language to answer queries. Made use of keyword extraction tools to find patterns in unstructured data on the task of information retrieval, trained and developed models for classification and named entity recognition (NER).

Aided the NLP team to refine core language models. Performed analysis on medical data and presented investigations to US clients via interactive data visualization. Tabulated data and model requirements and set up proper documentation for the codebase as well as best practises for model building.
