I am currently working as a Project Manager at Webito Infotech, where my primary responsibilities include gathering requirements from clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. I manage both in-house and remote teams, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project delivery. At Webito, I work with technologies such as React, Node.js, MERN, Flutter, and Laravel, focusing on developing CRM software, CMS websites, LMS platforms, and mobile applications. Additionally, I handle the company’s products, contributing to their growth and enhancement. During my tenure as a Project Manager, I specialized in overseeing projects involving CMS technologies such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Webflow. I collaborated with a diverse international clientele, primarily from the US, ensuring their project objectives were achieved with precision and efficiency. This role enabled me to enhance my expertise in deadline management, problem-solving, and delivering projects successfully. I was responsible for managing smaller to mid-size projects while actively coordinating with clients across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, and Europe. I handled requirement discussions, project planning, documentation, team coordination, and day-to-day communication. I also worked closely with the development team to track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery. This period helped me build a strong foundation in client handling, project workflow management, and cross-team coordination. I took full ownership of multiple projects at once. I managed end-to-end execution, from requirement discovery and proposal drafting to resource planning, sprint management, QA coordination, delivery planning, and deployment. I worked on mobile app development projects (native and hybrid), web applications, and game development using Unity. I was also responsible for preparing accurate timelines, cost estimates, and SOW documents. This role strengthened my leadership skills and improved my ability to manage large teams and high-complexity projects in fast-moving environments.

During my tenure as a Business Development Executive, I focused on lead generation and conversion, primarily through freelancing platforms like Upwork. I specialized in identifying and securing projects centered on web technologies such as React and MERN, while also successfully bidding on projects involving MEAN, PHP, LAMP, and Laravel. In this role, I developed a keen ability to filter and evaluate project opportunities, understand market trends, and create persuasive, deal-winning proposals. My contributions played a pivotal role in securing high-value projects that matched our technical capabilities, fostering business growth and expanding our client portfolio.
