Client: Blue Yonder. Developed robust Python logic within the ONEA adapter for core logistics entities, including Purchase Orders (POs), Order Releases, and RTS, in a Kafka-based event-driven architecture. Designed and maintained YAML-based schema mappings, incorporating business rules for data validation, sequencing, and transformation across logistics workflows. Diagnosed and resolved production issues such as RTS reprocessing, PO rejections, and Order Release failures using Splunk logs and the ServiceNow ticketing system.

Client: Blue Yonder. A techno-functional developer, bridging the gap between technical requirements and business needs. Worked extensively on transportation management systems (TMS) and warehousing management systems (WMS) to streamline logistics operations. Developed and enhanced python-based solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and integration across logistics platforms. Leveraged kafka to process logistics data, enabling real-time insights and decision-making.

Client: Blue Yonder. Strong knowledge of service management processes like incident, service request, change and problem. Working knowledge of ticket tracking tools like Salesforce/Service now/Jira. Good working knowledge on SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL server). Experience in using monitoring tools (Splunk, Zabbix) and dashboards for faster troubleshooting. Experience with Active MQ, Message Broker, and ARM for monitoring and analysis of the environment.
