Built the Data Science capability for Idexcel and its subsidiaries. Built solutions focused on Financial solutions using AI, ML & RPA. Helped several business by acting as a thought leader to accelerate their efforts in Digital transformation. Built a Solution framework in the area of Information extraction. Framework was customised for at least 5x reduction improvement in documents processing using Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing.

Efforts were focused on building Proof-of-Concept solutions for new Insurance clients. Built a prototype for car damage classification using images, identifying potential recovery claims & large loss claims from FNOL Text. Built a claim triaging system reducing 5% claims cost for top brand with 20% volume. In Retail, developed a campaign response database for a coffee retailer optimising their future email communication by 9% (QoQ) and built of communication framework mapping customers to appropriate campaigns increasing the response rate by 4% (QoQ). Effectively predicted customer inflow for the coffee retailers new Mobile Order & Pay mode of selling. Incubated a luxury fashion retailer and drove their reporting standardisation effort using Tableau.

Held various roles part of a large Canadian bank providing support for their applications and its Infrastructure. Was handling Reporting/Forecasting of a team with gross revenue of around USD $5 MN & created a scheduling solution to reduce resourcing cost by 2% (YoY). Implemented various automation efforts reducing the downtime of a specific sector of apps/services from 11% to 8%.
