Identified improvement opportunities and managed change management journeys, focusing on operational excellence and cost optimization. Hands-on experience of managing end to end manufacturing viz. Production Management, Plant Operations, Maintenance, OEE Improvement and Quality functions. Managed two large Multi-site Culture Improvement Project as one of the Project Managers. Facilitated safety management evaluations and assessments. Led an Operational Excellence transformation journey for a large oil and gas producer in Asia-Pacific. Provided onboarding, ongoing team governance, KPI tracking, action tracking across several workstreams including culture, maintenance & reliability, supply chain, senior leadership coaching. Supervised and mentored associates in the team by training, mentoring, delegating tasks and conducting a quality audit of the client deliverables.

Developed and implemented a Risk Assessment Tool and relevant training course, providing an avenue for consistency and efficiency across the organization regarding ongoing risk assessments and control implementation. Creation of Safety Leadership training course materials, including interactive activities demonstrating the value of Incident Investigation, Safety Interactions, and risk perception. Provided support in preparation and facilitation of the course to senior leaders within a national corporation.

Led Operational Risk Management (ORM) project credential harvesting effort in coordination with Market Leaders. Harvested proposals for past projects for the global focus industry and practice.
