Provided remote support using ticketing systems for Cisco Unified Communications domain. Conducted App tier migration and worked on critical alarms. Handled incident management, configured Cisco IP Phones, and worked on Voice Gateways and protocols (H323, SIP, MGCP).

Managed 24X7 data center support and IT Service Desk operations. Coordinated with vendors (Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft) for hardware/software delivery. Performed multiple security audits (ISO 27001). Configured Cisco Routers and Switches, and administered Citrix server environments, including XenApp deployments.
