Overall finance lead and first POC for any finance/accounts related activities. Worked in close collaboration with internal and external auditors. Carried out monthly MIS analysis for the company and other associated enterprise (AE). Developed financial dashboards for the company useful for monitoring taxes, aiding in investment decisions, monitoring cashflows and suggestive improvements in overall financial health. Actively contributed in tax planning decisions and analyzing the company’s historical financial information.

Worked on Financial Statements audit, planning projects, assessment of risks and detailed testing of risk prone accounts, compliance with IFRS AS for EU clients. Developed auditing program to address risks and evaluate regulatory requirements. Worked with multiples clients simultaneously and lead smaller teams. Performed strategic planning, execution and finalization of audits. Prepared audit work papers, reports and supporting documentation for audit findings. Identified control gaps in processes, procedures and systems through in-depth research and assessment and suggested methods for improvement. Analyzed accounting systems for efficiency and effectiveness.

Assessed budget plans and actual costs to forecast trends. Worked on internal swapping of Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Client communication on payment follow ups and internal travel expense authentication.
