Responsible to bring in new requirements from existing clients. Expertise in hiring for Embedded/Hardware/ASIC/VLSI/FPGA. Majorly working on VLSI Domain and hiring for Design Verification Engineer, Physical Design Engineer, DFT Engineer, Post- Silicon and Pre-Silicon and RTL/FPGA Engineer. Coordinating with team and tracking submissions and interviews. Mentor a team of recruiters and responsible for their training & grooming for the successful achievement of the target hires. Conducting weekly check points to track individual progress and providing them with regular feedback to ensure effective performance. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the team and taking corrective action. Involved in account mining, research, development, relationship building, devising methodology and strategy to flourish in given accounts. Emphasizing on closing niche requirements.

Sourcing CVs from different job portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com, LinkedIn and Indeed.com. Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level. Generic and Niche requirements hiring. Coordination and follow-up. Managing Database and RMS. End to end recruitment- Sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview process.
