Maintaining and updating extensive records of every communication with candidates daily. Mentor and guide team members as and when required. Taking final HR Interview of the candidate.

Be involved in salary negotiations between the client and the candidate. Keeping the selected candidates warm so as to make sure they join. Maintaining and updating extensive records of every communication with candidates on a daily basis. Mentor and guide team members as and when required.

Handling of Guest / client queries and complains. Handling of queries over email, on average of 50-80 emails per day. Meeting clients / guests to ensure smooth operations and detailed analysis of services. Knowledge of OTA, reservations processes, Extranets, Markets. Day to day screening for all the reservations received at the hotel to enhance guest stay.
