Responsible for end to end recruitment process for mid-senior level IT and Non- IT positions. Sourcing right candidates as per clients requirements using different techniques i.e Company Mapping, Referencing, Searching Job Portals such as Naukri etc. Responsible for understanding client requirements, strategizing the search process on the job sites, scanning the CVs, arranging interviews, soliciting timely feedback & maintaining Client/Candidature information Conducting and coordinating recruitment drives. Negotiating on the offer amount with the candidates. Have worked with multiple clients of different sectors like IT , E-Com, BFSI, hospitality etc. Maintained Google Sheets , WIP trackers, Joining MIS trackers, and Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Report trackers.
