Monitoring other projects such as Desktop Publishing, Transcreation, Audio-visuals Subtitles, Transcription, and Voice-overs. And In-person, over-the-phone, and Video Remote Interpretation. Managing the overall quality of deliveries, Streamlining the pre-stage engineering processes to have better file preparation and thereby high-quality mirror image end-products / outputs, Mentoring for Quality Analysis, Desktop Publishing, and File Preparation CAT tools. Managing Translation Memory (TM) updates and processing new translations and localization requests from clients. Proper understanding of customer requirements, budget finalizing, and scheduling with teammates both internal and external resources from different regions to complete the project. Working with a team & motivating team members to remove impediments and provide necessary data required for overall progression. Tracking & reporting updated status on a regular basis.

Analyse files received from client/sales team and prepare word count and DTP effort hours estimation report. Provide Technical and Localization Engineering support to PC’s, PM’s and Sales Team. Pre-Process the files for translation by extracting translatable contents using CAT tools and various in-house tools. Create/replicate document templates and layout designs to help translators update the translation in the templates for scanned documents. Post-Process the files shared by PM’s or PC’s. Formatting files/documents to match the look and feel of the source file. Image localization- Update/recreate images by updating translated texts to match exactly to the source images.

File Preparation for the Translators and Reconverting into the original format. Project Analyzing and Scope Defining. CAT Tools Implementation. Automate QA check using CAT Tools. Modifying, revising and editing jobs.

Review and accept QA Manuals/Plans, procedures, operating instructions and various product technical and QA documents and records. Auditing, self-assessment and root cause assessment skills. Facilitating troubleshooting and problem solving efforts. Supporting, maintaining, and improving all facets of the Translation and Localization Quality Control.
