Lead team in developing Patient portal and maintaining updates on portals we have for different actors in our platform using ReactJs/NextJs. Roll-out planning and design for Authentication & authorization tool migration. Helped team to adopt and deliver the projects/tasks in structured manner using Scrum. Lead team in establishing partnerships with partners in different locations than headquarters. Lead team in supporting our end-users (patients) in using our services more efficiently and hassle-free. Being founder do everything for my start-up. Am the developer, project manager, project lead, delivery manager, technology head and CEO etc. I work with my client where I lead his technical team daily as Technical head and develop and maintain their one of web interface we developed in React framework. Help him with collaborating with other vendors and partners for advancements in product. I do take care of billing and following up with payments for my work and time contributed in this project. So I love to say am still developer at heart and has hands on experience on project management, scrum master and project lead.
