End To End Recruitment: Involved in Full Cycle Technical Recruitment involving Sourcing, Screening Scheduling, Interviewing, Salary Negotiation Offer Generation Follow Up and Joining formality. Placing personnel with respective department (In-house hiring & Permanent). Coordinating with candidates and technical team to ensure the entire interview process is done effectively. Schedule and Coordinated for Mega drives, walk-in drives for various technologies on weekends and weekdays. Maintaining track record for the submissions, Selections & Joiners. Vendor Management-Follow-up with vendors for position status, set-up clarity call and reporting. Client Relation: Co-Ordination with Client (Offshore and domestic), understand the requirement and deliver the required updates and follow-up for feedback and interview co-ordination. Close the requirement in given SLA. Team Handling: Preparing documents for new joining process. Handling joining formalities and exit formality. Induction of candidates: Induction of candidates by briefing them about company policies, organization structure. Responsible to process background verification (BGC) of new joiner. HR operations: Maintaining Employee files, employee request letters & agreements, various reimbursements for employees, ensuring timely employee confirmations.
