Served as the interface between candidates and stakeholders, developing a thorough understanding of required profiles by maintaining relationships with hiring managers.

Executed full life cycle recruiting, defining job descriptions and shortlisting candidates. Responsible for advertising job openings on various platforms, conducting interviews (phone, video, in-person), and providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Also assisted with mass contractual hiring and onboarding new resources.
