Role: IT/Technical/Non-Technical Recruitment and Candidate Training Coordinator. Deliver offshore based IT recruitment to our clients in U.S. Understanding the sourcing needs and establish recruiting requirement of the client by studying organization plans and objective and fulfilling them. Conduct candidate Sourcing/Screening by utilizing various channels (internal database, job boards, referrals, social media and LinkedIn) based on position requirements and provide recommendations to the Hiring Manager. Locate potential candidates, screening them to verify their qualification, experience, skills etc. and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers for their consideration. Experience on preparing and posting jobs on internal and external job boards like Monster, Career Builder, Indeed etc. and got quite a good hand on Boolean search. Good Experience working with VMS (Vendor management System). Having experience working North American companies and candidates located in US and Canada. Having a deep understanding and knowledge of IT terms and technologies. Clients included Manufacturing (HONEYWELL, LOCKHEED MARTIN, WESTROCK, ROCKWELL, ROCKTENN, CARGILL), IT (VERIZON, FRB, BROWARD COUNTY, OFFICE DEPOT), Healthcare (HUMANA), Energy & Power generation/transmission (DUKE ENERGY, NEXTERA, FPL, WISCONSIN ENERGY, SCHNEIDER ELECTRICS), and others.

Assess training needs for new and existing employees. Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps. Track and report on training outcomes.

To have close liaison with industry for the placement of students. To work in consultation with coordinator Industry -Institute interaction for organizing lectures from the professionals and industry. To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement. Arrange training programs for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise. Manage student database in relation to Training & Placement activities. To organize the entrepreneurship workshops.
