Achieved an outstanding 99% upgrade rate as the project manager for the Reno2 Q OS upgrade, optimizing the program for Chinese users. Oversaw a vast user base of 32+ million active users, devising and executing winning product strategies for secure document storage and management. Fostered close alignment with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver cutting-edge product solutions that supported long-term organizational objectives (OKRs). Pioneered the development of an innovative Mobile Configuration System (MCS) that automated XML configurations, reducing configuration efforts by an impressive 11%. Drove the development and implementation of the highly efficient Doc Translator Solution, revolutionizing the translation process of Chinese documents, PPTs, and images to English.
