A Metabase funnel was created to capture the whole Partner journey from Lead generation, to app downloads, to Uploading documents for Onboarding, to time taken by the SCMS team to nudge the Partner and last but not least to being a Quality Customer which saved 87.5% of manager’s time manually pulling numbers on Salesforce. An Automated dashboard was developed in Jupyter that was used by the City Managers for a particular vehicle category. It curtailed handling 150 different dashboards to a single DB. Automated LCV (Low commercial vehicle) & HCV (Heavy Commercial Vehicle) Dashboards present in Google Sheets by integrating Google Sheets & Google Drive API in Jupyter which reduced manual work by 93.75 %. Optimised a Jupyter that helped City teams to decide Optimum Allocation-Radius using completed and missed orders data in estimated Dry-Run distance buckets which cut down cost by 63%.

Plotted cluster of Batches in Jupyter on the basis of variance of Average End of class Quiz score of all the Students per batch per course and Visualized it on Tableau. This project Homogenized the batches by 83%. Built and Validated Hypothesis behind continuously increasing Course pause requests and provided Data insights to the Business team which decreased them by 33%. Restructured Seat Utilisation Projection Query in Metabase that predicted the number of Seats that will get utilised by students in a Batch. It alerted the Hiring team 6 weeks in Advance to catch-up with ever increasing Demand.
