Received the Early Trailblazer Award in 2023 for exemplary performance in EXL digital. Collaborated with a team of data scientists and insurance domain experts to develop innovative AI solutions that automated the manual process of insurance, resulting in significant improvements in client profits. Leveraged the functionality of Amazon Sagemaker to create the code and deployed the End-to-end solution on the AWS cloud server. Extracted the text data from documents and PDF’s and utilized Large language model (LLM) and transformers for text generation and extracting the details from the text data. Utilized Python programming language and various libraries (such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn) to preprocess, analyze, and manipulate large-scale datasets. Leveraged natural language processing (NLP) techniques to extract valuable insights from unstructured data sources, such as customer support conversation notes and claim descriptions. Developed and deployed NLP models for named entity recognition(NER), and text categorization. Used supervised model(Decision Tree/logistic regression) to predict whether the claim is correctly set up by the consultant.
