Working as a Sourcing Analyst using appropriate sourcing strategies for each role. Working closely with Hiring Managers to understand overall needs and requirements. Generating MIS reports based upon recruitment status & attrition rate. Post Offer Follow-Up: Ensuring that a constant ongoing conversation is maintained with the candidates from the time of submission till the placement, resolving date of joining related concerns & other related concerns (accommodation, travel) etc. Providing reporting and regular status updates to the senior management as required.
