Provided client interaction and coordination for project implementation. Handled implementation, configuration, customization, UAT, and training of Document Management Software and Data Capture Software. Developed record maintenance software using VB and Foxpro.

Provided after-sales application support and demonstrated medical instruments for various analyzers and counters to doctors and technicians.
