Developed machine learning projects and POCs for Banking and Financial Services clients, including Attrition Analysis using Logistic Regression and Decision Trees, and HR Analytics to identify root causes of employee attrition.

Developed data transformations for assigned states using VIPER-ETL tool. Responsibilities included capturing as-is business processes, validating data reporting, and delivering High Level Requirements documents for the program.
