*End to End IT/ Non- IT recruitment. *Coordinate with hiring Managers to identify the technical/ non technical requirements. *Understand the requirement and design job descriptions that reflect each positions. *Determine selection criteria- Source potential candidates through different online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks Like LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist, IIM Jobs, Indeed, Monster etc.) using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. * Perform internal/ external reference checks as needed to fulfil the open positions. *Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. *Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates *Stay updated of recruitment trends and the best practices. *Recruit for various Technical/ Non Technical positions: Tech positions: SDE (Fronted/ Backend/ Full-stack), SDET QA Testing Engineer (Automation/ Manual), ML Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Android Developer, iOS Developer. Non Tech positions: Copywriter, Managing Editor, Medical Content Writer, Engagement Manager, Account Manager, Social Media Executive, SEM Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Group Accountant etc.

*End to End technical recruitment for the required open positions. *Recruiting for an IT Co. for the required positions like SDE JAVA / PHP/ WordPress etc. *Recruitment of interns / Freshers/ Sr. Software Developer for JAVA, PHP, .NET, VB, SQL. *Finding resources from different job portal sites like naukari.com, linkedin, monster etc. *Writing Job descriptions and posting to relevant job hunting platforms. *Presenting most suitable resumes to the hiring Manager. *Day to day data management, report creation on Excel to keep the track of candidates. *Scheduling interviews, onboarding of Candidates, joining formalities. *Bulk hiring for freshers for .net, vb, sql, as well as for JAVA & PHP. *Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
