Software Engineer

Persistent Systems

•Jun 2021 - Present•Pune, India

Developed Image Segmentation Pipeline for the identification of different types of White Blood Cells in the Lab Stain Images. Analyzed the Persistent Employee Data and developed Machine Learning Model for the prediction of Employee attrition for a particular employee. Top 10 reasons were given for the cause of attrition. This enabled company to take preventive measures for prevention of Attrition. Created a Object detection pipeline to segment and return the count of different types of cells in Lab reports. The pipeline reduced the overhead of counting these cells manually and labelling them.
