Worked closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to qualify requirements, understand requirements. Responsible for sourcing IT professionals through networking including linkedin, internal database and job boards such as Naukari, Instahyre, Cutsort, Hirist, as well as referrals. Managed entire interview process of potential candidates including identifying, qualifying (assessing candidates' technical & non-technical skills/knowledge and attributes), setting up interviews and coordinating end client interviews. Provided after the interview feedback to the candidate. Followed up regularly with candidates to maintain relationships, build knowledge and explore opportunities. Utilized social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. Designed, implemented, and executed sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive job seekers. Mentoring a team, responsible for assigning daily SLA.

Manage relationships and process flow with key 3rd party vendors. Work with resource manager or site manager on completing the employee orientation process and ensure that all recruiting paperwork is sent. Works with Hiring Manager and Line Management to develop proposed offer, verbally pre-closes candidates. Works with Manager to develop and continuously upgrade recruiting resources for hiring managers. Work with HR to perform detailed reference checking on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers. Work closely with team mates to gather information from hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies. Maintaining ATS (Zoho Recruit). Responsible for screening candidates for the prelim round of Interview. Salary Negotiation.
