Working as a Project Manager, handling END to END Development projects and Process flows. Worked with UI/UX designer to the right Mock-Ups completed to present it to Clients. Reviewed the test cases from Testing team. Prepared all the necessary documentation that is required for a project (WBS, Scope Document, Swimlane Diagrams, Proposal PPTs, Project Kick-Off PPTs, Demo PPTs). Ensured the process with followed within the projects. Handled a team of 31 people with an ease. Participated in monthly internal audits conducted for review of the processes followed is proper. In a span of 1 year, handled 11 projects successfully.

Analysing the Backlog based on latest spec provided with the on-site team. Conducting scrum ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, planning, demos). Creating Tickets in JIRA, assigning them appropriately with adding all the details. Gathering requirements from Specs. Documenting them in BRDs, drawing up UML diagrams, Creating mock ups.

Working as Business Analyst in Wipro deployed to client ICICI. Worked on projects Such as Fast tag application.

As a Research Analyst, responsibility was to Collect Financial Data from companies Annual and interim reports and to Process the data to Provide Information to Investor (client). Specially worked on IFRS Reporting of European & African Countries. As BA, worked on transforming from old application to new application, used to take the requirements from operations team to the Dev team for the transformation.

Internship Objective: Mergers and Acquisitions: A study on Pharmacy Company. Methodology: Ratios analysis. Suggestions: Mergers was not successful. Data collected: Secondary data.
