Utilized various ATS and channels (Naukri, monster, LinkedIn, Hirist, Cutshort, referrals etc.) to attract and select top talent. Hands-on experience in Job Analysis & Job Description, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Orientation, Employee Record Administration, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Training and development and Talent Acquisition. Handled operations tasks like preparing allocation sheets, taking resources feedbacks, interacting with the clients. Prepared offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation. Managed all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard.
