Devised a data driven strategy to implement a business travel carbon surcharge on Bain's clients. Managed Bain's offset portfolio worth $7M+ consisting of tech and nature based removal projects across all Bain geographies. Computed GHG emissions inventory for clients through excel and alteryx modeling and subsequently forecasted future emissions (2022-2050) to create internal carbon budgets and Net-Zero targets in line with SBTi net zero and target validation protocol. Synthesized presentations to persuade leadership teams to implement Bain's Net-Zero strategies.

Made data-driven suggestions to promote ease of doing business through compliance reduction in all North Eastern states of India. Formulated development assistance strategies for North Eastern districts bordering India's neighboring states. Coordinated issue redressals with state and central government ministries under the cooperative federalism program. Provided research support to the Disinvestment and Industries vertical for the preparation of Niti's Export Preparedness Index 2021-22.

Facilitated the empanelment of an AI/ML ed-tech platform with various state and central government education ministries. Assisted in the development of a business model and case for investment for BSA Bharat, a defense start-up that bagged an INR 150 Cr. contract. Analyzed and prepared scope of work for various smart electricity meter projects worth INR 1500 Cr.

Generating client leads, identifying key problems, finalizing objectives, scopes and deliverables and converted over 9 clients in 2 months. Leading a team of 6 to draw fundraising strategy for a SaaS tech startup. Led a team of 5 to build a growth and expansions strategy for a Delhi based education charity to operationalise 5 new centers in 4 states.

Created case-study based strategy & implementation plan for an integrated solid waste management policy report submitted to 13 local governments in Maharashtra and Delhi. Spearheaded data management and benchmarking of civic services for 288 elected legislative officials in Maharashtra.

Spearheaded an extensive dialogue on US-China relations and invited eminent panelists. Formulated an advisory report titled 'US-China relations in the context of the Covid-19 Pandemic' for the Ministry of External Affairs.
