Experimented with multiple text classifiers using BERT, MPNet, RoBERTA, DistillBERT, XLNET, S-BERT, USE, NOMIC, GTE-BASE, and other embeddings for ESG Classification, Sentiment Detection, and Bankruptcy Detection. Developed a model to trigger bankruptcy based on MDA sections of 10-K, 10-Q filings. Addressed long MDA sections using text rank summarization and MPNET sentence embeddings. Implemented generative AI based solution to generate ESG and company centric news based reports using GPT 3.5, Mistral 7B and GPT 3.5 Instruct. Optimized model inference time using parallel processing.
