Sentiment analysis and system enhancement based on feedback. Designed a feedback analysis tool based on dynamically scraped data using selenium to facilitate the decision-making process. Developed a dashboard for data visualization illustrating the real-time trends of key business indicators using Tableau. Calculated the polarity of the data using text blob and designed a new feature leveraging the concept of ‘AND’ logical operator. Analyzed the sentiment of the feedback using logistic regression, achieved F1 score of 96.66% and devised customized promotions. Automated the pipeline of downloading and storing the invoices for individual providers and reduced the lead time by 97.8%.
