Key responsibility is to design and customize Asset tag on software for laptops, desktops and workstation in cloud computing platform as requested by clients. Worked directly with clients to initiating the projects. Created, analyzed and designed the test plan based on project requirements and provided the test plan to client for approval before beginning the project. Documented all interaction with clients /sales in tools. Having ability to create supporting documentation for processes. Having ability to work independently as well as function in a team-oriented setting. Worked on and supported to international projects.(EMEA, AP region)

Key responsibility is to update claims made by the customer and provide the same. Taking Prior work approval from manager for case if required. Analyzing the case if any pilferage and escalating to the respective head. Using tools for receiving, updating and executing on daily claims registration. Ensured follow up done on case until the closure.

Resolved technical queries / troubleshoot to fix issues requested by RE (Resident Engineer) to control repeated and multiple parts dispatch. Analyzed the RE requested parts and required parts to dispatch. Reporting the repeated same parts on same machine by RE to team lead for RCA. Responsible of logging case ,dispatch parts and follow up the cases until RE fixes it. Responsible for reporting case log track records on weekly basis. Participated in team meeting, scrub and analysis the reason for DSAT and action with the help of team lead.
