Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them on-board without fail. Working closely with Resource management team & HR Manager. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly trackers and reports using MS-excel, MS-word. Provides support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, data maintenance reporting, and analytics.

Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates through portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn) also head hunting and benchmarking to maintaining candidate pipeline. Interacting with hiring leaders to understand the open mandates for Internal Job Postings. Ensure to conduct HR Interviews, close salary negotiation by keeping budget adherence & release offers on time based on quality parameters & fitment of the IJPs. Work on different hiring trackers weekly & monthly like HROne and TurboHire.

Taking care for the interview scheduling, interview coordination, sourcing, pre offer documents, follow up of candidates, job posting, portal search, arranging weekend events, maintaining tracker. Supports the Human Resource Operations team to identify business challenges from the HR perspective & numbers and use data analysis to help influence changes in processes.
