Involved in articulating, designing and implementing the solutions as per the client use case in telecommunications sector for BFSI and Aviation(IIFL Securities, IndiGo, HDFC Bank, YES Bank and more) clients. Responsibilities include Requirement Gathering and Analysis, proposal and FRD creation, WBS creation, designing and implementing various campaigns and solutions, API creation and integration and end to end solution implementation, client communication and project delivery. Involved in development of client’s requirements through formulating User Stories/PDD documents and weekly scrum handling with technical team for backlog and agile planning. Involved in acknowledging the tickets received from clients, RCA of the ticket from back end which includes using SQL as well as No SQL queries for primary trouble shooting, logs checking and data scheduling on server and ticket management- tracking and assignment of the tickets along with client management wherever required.

Involved in API creation activity as a BA for TATA Customer Portal Revamp Middleware Project. Responsibilities include requirement freezing and BRD walkthrough, FSD creation and sign off from client, freezing API’s inputs/outputs and logic with front end team, UAT and production movement handling and client calls. Tracking and assignment of issues to relevant teams using JIRA and ascertaining the client acknowledgment and issues closure.

Working as a BA in the services part of the company, which is in the TATA AIA Sell Online(Insurance Sector) project. Responsibilities include end to end management like Requirement Gathering and Analysis(BRD Walkthrough with client), WBS creation and task management, FSD creation and signoff from client, functional testing, UAT bugs handling and closure in JIRA, production movement and client communication.
